These Terms of use constitutes of an agreement between you and the Silver Taxis Sydney Cabs. Use of the Silver Taxis Sydney Cabs indicates the unconditional acceptance of below mentioned terms and conditions.
- Taxi will be provided on the basis of availability.
- You must allow sufficient time while booking your taxi for any delay caused by the traffic or weather conditions.
- Silver Taxis Sydney Cabs shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passenger/s are not ready at time of pickup.
- The customer will be responsible for the behavior of all the passengers in the taxi during the journey.
- The Silver Taxis Sydney Cabs may change these terms of use at any time by posting changes online.
